Missing / Damaged / Wrong Items

Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team support@ageofaquaria.com with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. 

Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, and the cost of shipping.

Helpful hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
