First Class Shipping:

This service is provided by USPS and DOES NOT include insurance if your package is to become lost in transit.  

USPS Priority:

is an expedited form of shipping it come with tracking and is INSURED UP TO $50.00 and usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

FedEx Overnight:

is provided by FedEx and is our most expedited form of shipping. 

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
